I received bids from three different contractors and Swims General Contracting came in 25% lower than the other two bids. Additionally, they did more work than the bids from the other contractors. We also have two young children, and they were very understanding with the kids. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was safe when the kids were in the house, and they were patient enough to talk to the kids and answer their questions.
